Robert Yelverton, Jr., M.D.

Dr. Robert Yelverton, Jr. is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the American Medical Association.

Dr. Yelverton attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee where he earned a baccalaureate degree in science in 2000, graduating cum laude. He then earned his doctor of medicine at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and subsequently completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He joined Partners in OB-GYN after moving back to Tampa in 2012.

Dr. Yelverton serves on the Robotic Surgery Committee at St. Joseph's Womens Hospital. He is also a proud board member of local non-profit High Risk Hope.
